Janettuck operates in full compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). We respect the intellectual property of creators and designers worldwide. This policy outlines the procedure for notifying us of alleged copyright infringement and the process for submitting a counter-notification.
1. Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on janettuck.com infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to the original work or a detailed description).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, including the URL on the Janettuck website.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
2. DMCA Processing Timeline
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Janettuck will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to it.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or through misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. To be effective, the counter-notification must include your physical/electronic signature, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Janettuck has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
