1. Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping costs?

We offer a transparent flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD for all domestic orders within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically have a handling time of 1-2 business days and a transit time of 2-6 business days. Total estimated delivery is between 3 to 8 business days.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship exclusively through USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable and trackable delivery to your doorstep.

What is the daily order cut-off time?

Our cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

2. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original Janettuck tags attached.

Are there any restocking fees?

No. We believe in a risk-free shopping experience, so there are no restocking fees for returned items.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we aim for fast processing, please email support@janettuck.com immediately if you need to make changes. We can only modify orders that have not yet entered the handling phase.
