3. Carriers and Tracking

We partner with the industry’s most reliable courier services to ensure your items are handled with professional care. Depending on your location and the size of your order, we utilize:

• USPS (United States Postal Service): Primarily for residential deliveries.
• UPS (United Parcel Service): For expedited and high-volume shipments.

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

Currently, Janettuck ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We ensure that our denim collections reach every state, from the East Coast to the West Coast.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.

5. Item Availability and Delays

For items that arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence so we can initiate a claim and send a replacement.
